A
To remove a 3.5” storage device:
1.
Open the front panel door and remove the side panels. See “
Opening the housing panels
” on
page 38 for more information.
2.
Disconnect the power and signal cables.
3.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws located on the right side of the plastic casing.
Gently pull out the plastic casing.
4.
Again, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws located underneath the storage device.
Detach the 3.5” storage device from the plastic casing.
5.
Use the drive bay cover to cover the drive bay. Insert it into the empty drive bay and secure it
with one screw.
6.
Reinstall the side panel.
