If Polygon Delay is too long, the reflector is stopped at the final destination of the vector,
because of this, the 'burn-in' phenomenon can be generated in there.

④ Laser ON Delay

When Laser On Delay is too short (Example 5)
If Laser On Delay is too short, the laser starts to work at the start position of the vector, even if
it is not enough to move the required angle of a reflectors. It means that the laser starts to work
faster more than normal time to start, it can cause problem as below.
