11.10. Thread catcher position and cutting test
Requirement
1. When the thread trimmer is in its neutral position, the right edge of
lever 5 should be level with the marking on bearing plate 4 (see
arrow).
2. Thread catcher 7 must move into the thread triangle and pick up the
thread reliably.
Adjust hook 1 (screw 2) in accordance with Requirement 1.
Adjust bobbin case postion stop 3 (screw 4) in accordance with
Requirement 2.
