To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Filling
1 - Check that the knob
(A)
is in the "well closed"
position.
2 - Press the button
(B)
to fill the well with water up
to the level marker

Emptying
1 - Place a container of suitable size under-
neath the drain pipe
(D)

2 - Use the knob
(A)
to turn on the tap and
empty the well.
3 - Return the knob to its original position
once the well has been drained.
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy pe-
riod, proceed as follows.
1 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch.
2 - Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas
thoroughly.
3 - Spread a film of edible oil over the stainless
steel surfaces.
4 - Carry out all the servicing procedures.
5 - Leave the appliance uncovered and the cook-
ing chambers open.
