Preparation for painting
６−１ . Cleaning pump

When you use the product for the first time after purchasing it, clean the inside of pump with cleaning
liquid

. Usage without cleaning can cause painting failure due to rust preventives inside
of pump.
・
When cleaning, stop atomizing air of spray gun so that you can easily check cleaning liquid coming
out of gun without splashing it.

Tighten handle set of fluid regulator
toward “high” side.

Check that air and cleaning liquid
come out from drain hose set.

Pull trigger of spray gun till air does
not mix with cleaning liquid.
Job ８ When clean cleaning liquid comes out f
rom gun, lift up elevating section and
operate pump till clean liquid does not come
out from gun.
