Wheels/Brakes: 

 

Check that the screws for the wheels are properly tightened.

 

Check that the wheels work as intended.

 

Check that wheels with locking function work. The wheels must not be able to

     roll in the locked position

 

Check that the chair rolls satisfactorily

 
Footrest:

 

Perform function check of height and angle adjustment.

 

Check wear on all cog joints and make sure they lock properly.

Headrest:

Check the lining and replace if necessary.

□ 

Check that the headrest joints lock.

□ 

Check the bracket on the headrest so that it locks.

Armrest:

□ 

Check the height, depth and width adjustments of the armrests.

□ 

Check the armrest brackets so that they lock properly.

Other accessories:

 

Check all parts for wear, replace if necessary.

□ 

Check locks and adjustment options.

Electrical functions:

 

Check that actuator and battery are properly mounted and in good condition.

 

Check that cables, connectors and sealing rings are intact and without visible

     damage. 

 

Check that the hand control and charger are in good condition and working.

Follow-up

When reconditioning is performed, check that the products (main product and  
accessories) are mounted correctly according to the instructions for use and  
function as intended. Also check that the markings, labels and warning symbols  
are complete and readable.
