Troubleshooting
The following tables contain troubleshooting information for the TXC+, MX8 and MX16 receivers.
TXC+ Transmitter Troubleshooting Information
Problem Possible solution
Red transmit LED does not light when
a button is pressed. • Check for installed batteries.
• Check battery charge.
• Check battery polarity.
Red LED lights, system does not
respond. • Check RF/IR switch setting for correct transmission mode.
• Check that the transmitting code group matches the receiving code
group.
Red LED stays lit. • Check for proper clearance between buttons and panel.
• Check for interference from other transmitters.
MX8 and MX16 Relay Receiver Troubleshooting Information
Problem Possible solution
Unit not functioning properly. • Check power supply voltage.
• For IR units:
- Check IRX-UM+ connections.
- Ensure red LED lights when IR signal is received.
