Mio Modero DMS Application Operations
Creating a New Mio Modero DMS Pinnacle Project File
With KeypadBuilder open:
1. Go to File > New Project > Mio Modero DMS Keypad .
2.
Based on what is set in the KeypadBuilder preferences, the project file may already be a Mio
Modero DMS Pinnacle (shown in the Design View Window).
3.
If the project file is not a Mio Modero DMS Pinnacle, go to Project > Project Properties to launch
the Project Properties Dialog Window - Project Information Tab.
4.
In Device Selection choose Mio Modero DMS Pinnacle Keypad from the drop down list.
5.
Click OK .
Creating a New Mio Modero DMS Project File
With KeypadBuilder open:
1. Go to File > New Project > Mio Modero DMS Keypad .
2.
Based on what is set in the KeypadBuilder preferences, the project file may already be a Mio
Modero DMS (shown in the Design View Window).
3.
If the project file is not a Mio Modero DMS, go to Project > Project Properties to launch the
Project Properties Dialog Window - Project Information Tab.
4.
In Device Selection choose Mio Modero DMS Keypad from the drop down list.
5.
Click OK .

General Button Properties:
Button Name and Description - 128 chars
Button State Text - 32 bytes*
List-box Button Properties:
Button Name and Description - 128 chars
Table Name - 32 chars
New List-table dialog:
Table Name - 32 chars
List-Table Edit dialog:
Table Name - 32 chars
Add-Page dialog / Page Configuration dialog:
Page Name - 64 chars
Add/Edit List-box Item dlg:
Button State Text - 32 bytes*
* Since this control supports Unicode text, the max has to be specified in bytes, so Unicode text will be
limited to 16 chars
Mio Modero DMS projects will support 35 font variations. Different sizes of the same typeface counts as
a font variation. Font variations in excess of 35 will not appear on the pages once loaded.
