Procedures：
1.
Since elliptical machine are full of
moving parts with joints, parts are
related to each other and proper
lubrication is important. Lubricating
with crease as shown in figures 1 & 2
while maintaining or replacing parts
can eliminate potential problems.
2.
There are many causes for
un-smoothness. Slide wheels moving
parallel and freely on the rail is the key
factor which is affected by the pedal
arm parallel to the rail and
perpendicular to the bearing housing.
