“Please check
and clean turbo
brush”
Problem with the central
brush. It may be blocked.
Check the central brush
and its housing and
remove any elements likely
to be blocking them.

“Please check and
clean turbo fan”
Problem with the fan or
motor.
Switch the robot off and let
it cool down. Turn it back
on. If the problem persists,
please contact the AMIBOT
after-sales service.

“Please clap front
bumper”
The front bumper is
blocked.
Check the front bumper
and gently tap it to loosen
it.

“Please clean
drop sensors”
The gap sensors are
dirty.
Clean the gap sensors
using a soft cloth.

“Please check
nose wheel”
Problem with the castor.
Check the castor and
remove any elements likely
to be blocking it.

“Please put robot
back to ground”
The robot is no longer in
contact with the ground.
Place the robot on a flat
surface and restart a
cleaning cycle.

“Please put robot
back to charging
dock to recharge”
The robot does not have
enough battery and it
cannot find its home
base.
Manually place the robot
on its home base. Check
that the robot’s power
sensors are in contact with
the home bases contacts.
