SHOW_OVERFLOW_PRESET
Reports the state of the overflow preset.

SHOW_PEAK
This command returns the contents of the ROI channel with the largest number of counts. An ROI channel is a
channel that has the ROI flag set. The maximum possible value is 2147483647, which is the maximum number
of counts that can be stored in a 31-bit channel.

SHOW_PEAK_CHANNEL
This command returns the number of the ROI channel with the largest number of counts. An ROI channel is a
channel that has the ROI flag set. The lowest number ROI channel with the largest count is reported if more
that one channel contains the largest number of counts. Channel 16383 is the highest numbered channel in
any device.
