5.1 Maximum Voltage
Note: In the below table, the VDDCR_SOC voltage and VDDCR_HBM/VDDIO_MEM
voltage are defined as the command voltage sent by the GPU to the SVI2 voltage
regulator through SVD data packets. The voltage for other power rails is defined at
the respective power balls of the GPU. Any stress voltage greater than the absolute
maximum in the table may cause permanent dmage to the device, or adversely affect
the device reliability.
