Time and Date Settings
Operation
Display
While in Normal Time Mode, Press and Hold the
TIME SET
key for two seconds to enter the time
and date settings mode.
The Time Zone will flash. Press
UP
or
DOWN
button on the back to change.
There are six time zones to select from:
PST=Pacific,
MST=Mountain,
CST=Central,
EST=Eastern, AST = Atlantic
Note:
The time zone icon is very small and is
located next to the Minutes. Please reference the
arrow in the image to the right.
Press the
TIME SET
key again (do not hold) and
the Year will flash. Press
UP
or
DOWN
button to
change.
Press the
TIME SET
key again (do not hold) and
the Month / Day Format will flash (M D). Press
UP
or
DOWN
button to change between month-day
(USA) and day-month (everywhere else).

between 12 hour and 24 hour format.

key again (do not hold) and the hour
will flash. Press
