9.3 Eliminating faults
Errors Cause Solution
The trailing roller rotates stiffly
during initial operation. Production-related paint residues
make it difficult for the roller to
rotate. Pull the roller over firm ground.
Tines stopping during operation If the tines encounter an obstacle,
the tool carriers are blocked. see page 100
After the tines have encountered
and obstacle, the obstacle is
jammed between the tines. The
ratchet clutch does not engage
automatically. see page 100
The ratchet clutch is often triggered Maintenance required on the
ratchet clutch.

Excessive torques on the ratchet

The additional fan on the oil cooler
is not rotating Malfunction of the additional fan

The lighting for road travel has a
malfunction. Lamp or lighting supply line is
damaged. Replace the lamp.
Replace the lighting supply
line.
It lowers the wrong track marker. When actuating the tractor control
unit, the wrong track marker is
lowered. Switch the control unit several
times.
The wheel mark eradicator collision
protection is triggered. The wheel mark eradicator has
encountered a solid obstacle. The
shear bolt is torn and the wheel
mark eradicator folded to the rear. see page 102
