Connecting and disconnecting the implement

7.1.2

Disconnecting the implement

WARNING

Risk of crushing, cutting, catching, being drawn in and/or being
knocked down through insufficient stability and possible tilting
of the disconnected implement!

•

Fold out the wing of the implement before disconnecting.

→

Do not disconnect the implement when it is in transport position.

•

Park the implement on a horizontal space with a hard surface.

1. Park the implement on a level surface with solid ground.

2. Disconnect the implement from the tractor.

2.1 Disconnect the Quick Hitch from the Quick Hitch adapter.

2.2 Lower the implement slowly, until the implement/Quick

Hitch adapter is completely free of the Quick Hitch.

2.3 Drive the tractor approximately 10 in [25 cm] forward.

The resulting free space between the tractor and the im-

plement provides better access to the supply lines when
disconnecting them.

2.4 Secure the tractor and implement against unintentional

starting and unintentional rolling away.

2.5 Disconnect the supply lines.

Connecting the implement the three-point attachment frame

WARNING

Risk of crushing between the rear of the tractor and the imple-
ment when connecting and disconnecting the implement!

Only use the operator controls for the tractor's three-point hydraulic
system:

•

from the intended workstation

•

if you are outside of the danger area between the tractor and the
implement

7.2.1

Connecting the implement

WARNING

Danger of damage during operation, insufficient stability and
insufficient tractor steering and braking power during improper
use of the tractor!

You may only connect the implement to tractors suitable for the pur-
pose. See section "Checking tractor suitability", page 53.
