Connecting the Ground and Antenna 
Cables 

The Ground terminal (marked 

) is located on the bottom 

panel of the outdoor unit. The Antenna RF connector (marked 

) is located on the top panel of the AU-RD outdoor unit.

To connect the ground cable: 

1.

 

Connect one end of a grounding cable to the ground terminal and 
tighten the ground screw firmly.  

2.

 

Connect the other end of the ground cable to a ground connection. 

¾

 

To connect the RF cable (AU-RD): 

3.

 

Connect one end of the coaxial RF cable to the RF connector on the 
top panel of the unit 

4.

 

Connect the other end of the RF cable to the antenna. 

5.

 

The RF connectors should be sealed properly to protect against rain 
and moisture.

Connecting the Indoor-to-Outdoor Cable

Remove the two screws holding the waterproof seal to the outdoor unit 
and remove the waterproof seal.
