2.2 Operation
2.2.1 Brushing and
vacuuming
Before starting work, the floor
must be swept clean.
• Move relief lever for brush
roller into working position.
NOTE!
Relieve the brush roller during
interruptions in work. This
extends the life of the brush.
SSB 480 W/SSE 480 W:
• Lower suction nozzle.
SSB 400 W/SSE 400 W:
Due to the free-swinging nozzle
bearing, the nozzles are already
in the working position.
The pressure of the brush roller
is adjusted at the factory.
Bristle wear is compensated for
with automatic readjustment.

• Test run: Test the machine
for proper cleaning action
and change cleaning agent
concentration if required.
For smaller, irregular surfaces:
• Switch off spraying pump
switch.
• Dose cleaning liquid
manually with hand switch
on right handle.
