Introduction

/e purpose of this manual is to assist you in the 

installation, operation and maintenance of your new 
boiler in order to achieve the best performance 
possible. /e boiler unit shall be installed by a 
quali1ed and experienced boiler installation 
technician who has a thorough knowledge of 
hydronic heating systems and boilers and will 
comply with all requirements of AHS. Should your 
installation require a steam boiler, it is even more 
important that experienced personnel be consulted 
to ensure that the necessary safety controls are 
installed and properly wired.

Read the entire instruction manual carefully and 

understand it thoroughly before installing or 
operating this unit. Save these instructions and 
review them periodically to refresh your memory 
regarding safe operating practices and routine 
maintenance required.

All Alternate Heating Systems Boilers can be 

supplied with the ASME “H” stamp and National 
Board number for an additional fee when requested 
prior to purchase. Alternate Heating Systems boilers 
are built to rigid quality control standards. You can 
be assured of receiving a high quality product.
