APPENDIX C: DNP3.0 PROGRAMMING

DNP3 protocol enables operation of Measurement Centre on DNP3 networks.

M3x5

can

communicate using DNP3 over Serial or Ethernet networks. For devices with serial
communication the DNP3 protocol enables point to point (for example device to PC)
communication via RS232 communication and multi drop communication via RS485.
