During navigation, when your vehicle approaches a major intersection, the Zoomed Major Intersection
Map of that intersection is displayed. This enlarged Major Intersection Map gives you additional informa-
tion to complement the voice guidance. (This enlarged major intersection map may be displayed even
when no turns are necessary.)

the next junction/intersection 3000
feet ahead on a freeway or 1000 feet
ahead on an ordinary road.
