You can set whether or not to display the direction line that points to the 
destination during the route guidance.

Setting item: Direction line
Setting contents: On (Initial setting) / Off

On:

The Direction line is displayed.

Off:

The Direction line is not displayed.

You can set to display tracking points along the road you have driven 
on, allowing you to know the route you have taken. The tracking points 
disappear after 100 km (60 miles) of driving in order of occurrence.

Setting item: Tracking point
Setting contents: On (Initial setting)/ Off

On:

Tracking points are displayed on the map.

Off:

Tracking points are not displayed on the map.

You can set whether or not to use the Motorway mode, which 
automatically changes to the Manoeuvre list screen when you join a 
motorway.

Setting item: Motorway mode
Setting contents: On (Initial setting )/ Off

On:

If the route is set, when you join a motorway, the system 
changes to the Manoeuvre list screen automatically.

Off:

If the route is set, when you join a motorway, the system 
does not change to the Manoeuvre list screen 
automatically.

You can change the vehicle position mark.

Setting item: Vehicle position mark
Setting contents:

Touch [Change].

The Vehicle position mark setting screen is displayed.

Touch any of marks.

Touch [OK].

The setting is changed, and the system returns to the 
previous screen.

Points of Interest Setup

[POI] is selected on the Navigation setup menu in step 4. See 
“Navigation Setup Operation” (page 99).

The system can display icons on the map for points of interest such as 
gas/fuel stations, restaurants, parking, etc.

Setting item: POI icon
Setting contents: Show / Hide (Initial setting)

Show:

The selected POI icon is displayed on the map 
screen. 

Hide:

Clear the POI icon from the map screen.

The POI icons can be displayed on the detailed map with 200 m (200 
yards) or smaller scale.
