From the parameter table on page 11, we find, that the required
parameter has a code of 71 and 4 places (12/16kHz and the
number of pulses). In the table on page 21 we find its location
–
PARAM2. It is a good idea to load the PARAM2 parameter file
from the gateway first. In the received SMS we will then only
overwrite READ to WRITE, delete ":" and change the desired
parameter. This reduces the possibility of an error when writing
the entire string and ensures that the other parameters are
retained at the value set in the gateway. Of course, it is possible,
if necessary, to change the entire string at once.
Programming ends with a remote restart of the gateway.

WRITE PARAM1:
RESTART BGB
SMS "WRITE PARAM1" without parameter causes deletion of
PARAM1 parameter block. SMS "RESTART BGB" restarts the
gateway. If the gateway does not find the PARAM1 in SIM on
restart, it restores all parameters to factory settings. Other
phone numbers (DCALL, numbers from which the gateway can
be remotely programmed) remain unchanged.
