Furthermore move the device icons through drag and drop in to the monitor (2), Monitor content (4)
and Library (5) or move the icons in to one of the four control-loop panels.
13 Control loop
The Heatmaster software supports up to five control-loops. Control-loops are circuits of the
Heatmaster, which include devices selected by you respectively. Without devices in a control-loop
the Heatmaster cannot undertake controlling function. You select devices per drag and drop from
the library (5) and drop over the control-loop-panel. After doing this the software asks in a pop-up
requester for selecting free device-number (e.g. Thermo sensor 1-5).
Device properties:
Active
-
Activate or deactivate this Loop.
If the loop is deactivated, the alarm will not be triggered, no data is evaluated such as RPM,
temperature etc. and the fans are not controlled but will run in a manual modus over the property
“actual PWM (%)”.
Activate Alarm buzzer
-
Shows the tone sequence of the buzzer in an alarm situation or
specify same. Activated through marking of the function
Follow up time -
Shows the follow up time for this control-loop. Shows the follow up time of the fan,
after the loop changes the operation from active in to inactive (temperature again below nominal
value)
These properties should not be changed normally. More information in Appendix B
Proportional value -
Indicate or specify the proportional-value
Integral value -
Indicate or specify the integral-value
Differential value -
Indicate or specify the differential-value
Amplification factor -
Indicate or specify the amplification factor
Dead time -
Indicate or specify the dead time
Name -
Indicate or specify the name for the control-loop
