OUTER BELT REMOVAL
DANGER!
Be sure to unplug the power cord from the outlet before assembling or disassembling the
tool. Accidental starting of the motor may cause bodily injury.
1. Locate outer cover (left front side of the tool) as shown in Figure 38.
2. Loosen the bolt knob and remove outer cover to expose the outer belt as shown in
Figure 39.

3. Rotate belt while pulling in a outward motion to remove from pulleys as shown in
Figure 40 and Figure 41.
