5 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
5.4 USE OF THE DEFLECTING TAILGATE TR26 / TR36 / TR46
The flail-mowers Mod. TR26, TR36 and TR46 are provided with
a deflecting tailgate which can be adjusted at different positions,
so that it is possible to perform a specific type of work,
depending on the material to be mulched.
The position of the tailgate is determined by positioning bolt A in
one of the two holes which are found in the side walls of the
mulcher .
“POS 1”
REAR GATE IN HIGH POSITION
In this position the mulched goods are conveyed beyong the rear roller.
This position is recommended for mulching grass and other damp material.
“POS 2 TURBO”
REAR GATE IN LOWERED POSITION
In this position the mulched goods are conveyed toward the rotor so they are
mulched again.
This position is recommended for mulching prunings and other hard but dry
materials
“POS 3 TURBO - PICK”
ONLY FOR TR36
LOWERED REAR GATE + RAKES
In this position the mulched goods are conveyed toward the rotor to be
mulched again. The rear rakes (supplied on request as an option) help to lift
the woody material from the ground, thereby making the mulching more
effective.
The following operations must be performed, in order to use the implement in
such a way:
1- Loosen the screws C and move the rear roller away from the rotor;
2- Assemble the roller scraper D (supplied with the option kit);
3- Insert the rakes B (supplied with the option kit) in the rear-gate slots.
It is strictly forbidden to perform any operation if the tailgate is either damaged or removed
