High Temperature Protection of IPM module Diagnosis and Solution

General Note:

If the temperature of IPM module is higher than setting value, the LED displays this failure code. 

NO

 

Tighten the screws and apply 

silicon grease. 

Check the fastening screws on the 

PCB and IPM radiator. 

Are they 

fixed tightly? 

YES 

Replace the outdoor 

control PCB.
