The adjusters alter the gap between the bottom blade
and the cutting cylinder. Rotate the adjuster clockwise
to increase the gap. Rotate the adjuster anti-clockwise
to decrease the gap.

Adjust the clearance between the bottom blade and the cutting cylinder so

that the paper is cleanly cut at all points across the blade. The cylinder
should still turn without undue resistance. Frequently use the paper test
between each adjustment.
