Adapter is in CLEAR mode and has set the connected 
I/O modules into an idle state.

No POINT I/O modules installed in the backplane.

Flashing Red

Set_Parameter telegram rejected.
Maximum number of user parameter bytes overridden.

No power applied to adapter
PointBus initialization in progress.

Normal operation.
