Verify that the MODE_BLK > TARGET value is Cas + Auto and the
MODE_BLK > ACTUAL value is Auto.

BKCAL_OUT.

Verify that the BKCAL_OUT > STATUS in the Live column indicates a
NotInvited condition.

Before the output control loop can be initialized, the NotInvited
condition must be cleared.
