SAFETY/INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

, please read all the safety recommendations below carefully.
• This manual is for the end user.
• There are
strict requirements
for the installation of this awning. Do not hesitate to call a profes-
sional if:
- You are not sure whether the awning can be installed in your desired location
- You do not understand the assembly instructions or the different components of this product
- You do not have the necessary tools
- You do not have the appropriate technical knowledge to install this kind of product
• At least two people in good physical condition are needed to install this awning. Do not try to as-
semble this awning alone. If the awning falls down, it could cause serious injury or damage.
• Check all the pieces. If some are missing or faulty, please contact us.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area while the awning is being assembled and installed.
• Warning: assembly and installation may be dangerous for the fingers. Please wear work gloves.
• This product and its fasteners are only compatible with a solid wall (concrete/full bricks) or wood
(minimum thickness 9cm).
• The wall must be strong enough to hold the weight of the unfurled awning and to withstand all of its
movements.
• If the wall is not bare (e.g. external insulation, double brick wall, brick cladding), contact a profes-
sional to install your product.
• Make sure that the location for installation does not contain any wires or water or gas pipes.
• Do not install the awning in a windy location or in places exposed to high temperatures (e.g. near
a chimney).
• Do not alter the structure of the product.
