B) SETUP:

) PLUG the ¼” cable one side to Trigger Fixture and the other side to
“ TRIGGER 1 ” all the way in at the Rear of unit.
3) Plug in the HEADPHONE to D6 Front panel headphone Jack.
-Turn “
VOLUME
” pot CW all the way up.
4) PLUG the foot switch ¼” cable in to “
TRIGGER 15/16
” all the way at the Rear
of unit & place the Pedal end at the floor.
C) START :
5) Press “ TRIG ” once Turn “Encoder” until “ GAIN ” display on the LCD
-The Bar under the “ GAIN ” will display the sensitivity of every hit on the Trigger
fixture for easy referencing. On the next step you will experience this function.
6) Use drumstick to hit Trigger fixture few times. --
-You will hear a DRUM effect at HEADPHONE. If not,
fail unit
. (If Headphone
volume is too loud, please turn it down to suitable volume.)
-LCD will pop up a circle surround “1” for about half a second when trigger fixture
was hit. * FAIL UNIT IF DIFFERENT *
7) Unplug the ¼” cable which connects to “ TRIGGER 1 ”, and Plug it all the
way in to “ TRIGGER 2 ”.
8) Use Drum stick hit Trigger fixture few times.
-You will hear a DRUM effect at HEADPHONE. If not, Fail unit.
-LCD will pop up a circle surround “

” for about half a second when trigger
fixture was hit. *
FAIL UNIT IF DIFFERENT

9) UNPLUG ¼” plug

, so that only the TIP IS INSERTED.
–Hit trigger fixture once.
-LCD display will pop up a circle surround “ 3 ” for about half a second.

With the same steps 6-10 as above. Please see notes below for details.
FOR TRIGGER: 2/3, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 15/16 TRS:
If back panel silk-screen showed “TRS” insert ¼” cable on the same channel twice.
When only the tip of ¼” is inserted. It will indicate a upper number on LCD
screen. And when the ¼” is fully inserted, it will indicate a lower number. #
10) Continue the test from “
TRIGGER 4 to 6
”.
11) Plug trigger pad w/clamp into “
TRIGGER 7/8
” and hit the pad a few times.
-You will hear a DRUM effect at HEADPHONE. If not, Fail unit.
-LCD will pop up a circle surround “
7 ” for about half a second when trigger
fixture was hit. * FAIL UNIT IF DIFFERENT *
