9. Warranty Registration
To validate and start your warranty please log on to:
https://chesneys.co.uk/warranty-registration
and complete the online form. In the event of a breakdown or claim you are required to
contact the installer/dealer. They will need to investigate the matter and process the claim
on your behalf if required.
The warranty must be registered within 28 days of installing the appliance. Failure to
register within this time period will result in the warranty reverting to void from date of
installation.
Please also be advised that your appliance should be serviced annually to honour your
warranty.
The cost of annual servicing is not included in the guarantee.
