22.3.36 MyIC Phone slow down
Symptom : The set was very slow to switch from ringing call context to established call context
Solution : Remove the pending traces by MyIC Phone SSH : level all err and deletelogs command
22.3.37 When off hook the Bluetooth hand set the call is put on hold
Symptom : when the handset is left up the call is put on hold
Diagnosis : The battery is out of order
Solution : Replace the battery
22.3.38 When off hook the Bluetooth hand set no MYIC Phone reaction
Symptom : when the handset is left up the phone set does not react
Diagnosis : The pairing was OK
Solution : delete the pairing / no way to pair the MyIC Phone hand set again with the same MyIC Phone
So pair your handset with an other MyIC Phone / Delete
Pair your handset with your MyIC Phone
22.3.39 No way to answer call from MyIC Desktop monitoring MyIC Phone
Symptom : No way to answer call from MyIC Desktop monitoring MyIC Phone
Diagnosis : The 3pcc call control is not in Open Touch 1.0.x
Solution : Normal behaviour
22.3.40 No more than 100 contacts in the MyIC phone
Symptom : No more than 100 contacts in the VHE
Diagnosis : by default the DirMaxContact is 100
Solution : increase that value, if not accessible thru 8770, then use an optional file
22.3.41 Blue circle LED not allow a routing choice on the 8082
Symptom : blue circle LED still allow a routing choice on the 8082
Diagnosis : an optional.xml file used for Hotel feature was assigned to the device
Solution : remove EnableWebappHotel option of the file. Reset flash the set.
22.3.42 No way to send DTMF from MyIC Desktop monitoring MyIC Phone
Symptom : No way to send DTMF from MyIC Desktop monitoring MyIC Phone
Diagnosis : The 3pcc call control is not in OpenTouch 1.0.x
Solution : Normal behaviour
22.3.43 No way to transfer on ringing from MyIC Phone to MyIC Phone
Symptom : No way to transfer on ringing from MyIC Phone to MyIC Phone
Solution : normal behaviour
22.3.44 Blind transfer 8082-IPTouch-8082 call flow fails with no audio
Symptom : IPTouch on OXE calls VHE1, IPTouch makes an enquiry call to VHE2, IPTouch press dynamic
key "transfer" on ringing
When VHE2 answers the call, no AUDIO between VHE 1 and VHE 2 (no SIP REFER event from OXE)
Solution : Create a DPNSS prefix in Oxe :
