From the execute field into the Start Windows Menu do : %appdata%
In the Alcatel folder, delete the /MPC directory to erase all the previous configurations files.
Restart the MyIC.
14.6.3 MyIC does not present the login window
Symptom : MyIC Dektop does not pop up the login window when starting

14.6.4 MyIC start, login but the sip device stay oos
Symptom : no register for the device in SIPServer
Check : configuration file : DNS
14.6.5 MyIC MTW has no video
Symptom : when a call is established, by pressing the video option of MTW box, the video does not start
Check that Internet Explorer has no proxy set and test
14.6.6 MyIC does not start after login
MyICSIP did not stat on port 5060
INTERNAL SIP ERROR when dialing
