1.2. Features
• Dual low-distortion sampling frequency converter and programmable line delay for
AES/EBU digital audio.
• Provides two identical sections, each corresponding to an AES/EBU digital audio stream.
• Wide 1:7 or 7:1 range of conversion frequencies.
• Generates the following common sampling frequencies: 32kHz, 44.1kHz, 48kHz,
64kHz, 88.2kHz and 96kHz.
• Low jitter.
• Includes a delay line capable of delaying a stream by more than 1 s using a 48kHz
sampling frequency.
• Provides a delay input for automatic tracking of audio delay with respect to video.
• Includes an audio processor with channel routing, level and phase manipulation.
• Digital audio inputs provide loop-through, are balanced and are transformer isolated.
• Balanced, transformer isolated digital audio outputs.
• Each digital audio output is available on two connectors.
• Accepts three different reference signal types: black burst, word-clock and AES/EBU
digital audio.
• Digital audio reference input provides loop-through, is balanced and is transformer
isolated.
• Word-clock and black burst reference inputs provide loop-through and are coaxial.
• Both the sampling frequency and the reference input can be selected manually or
automatically.
• Module control and supervision can be done remotely when the mounting frame is
equipped with a communications controller module.
• One UR3000 mounting frame can house up to 12 DAT3000C01 modules. If power
supply redundancy is required and FA3000 or FA3001 modules are used then only 10
modules can be housed in the mounting frame. If PSU3300 or PSU3301 modules are
used for this purpose then up to 12 modules can be installed.
• One UR3100 mounting frame can house up to three DAT3000C01 modules.
• Low power.
