more than one second while the LEDs are displaying the delay of Stream 1
or Stream 2 the corresponding LED, (AES1 or AES2) begins to blink. While
in this state, the delay can be adjusted. To confirm the new delay value
the pushbutton must be pressed and held for over one second once again.
To cancel the new selection, simply wait two seconds without pressing
the button.
+/-: Pushbuttons. These buttons are for adjustment of the desired delay.
4.2. Functional description
This section describes the operation of the DAT3000C01. Given its complexity and the
variety of sampling frequencies it can convert, it will be helpful to keep the following
figure that shows the signal flow within the DAT3000C01 handy.

4.2.1. Description of the sampling frequency converter
Conversion of the sampling frequency is performed with an initial oversampling
process, followed by low-pass digital filtering to limit the bandwidth and provide
decimation to the new sampling frequency. This entire process if performed by a
modern, highly integrated circuit. The sampling frequency converter admits any
AES/EBU signal with a frequency between 32 and 96kHz. If the double input
frequency operation feature is activated, the range of sampling frequencies that can
be processed extends from 64 to 192kHz.
In order to select the proper low-pass digital filter and confirm the range of
oversampling and decimation, the ratio between the input sampling frequency and
the output sampling frequency must be calculated. This function is performed with a
