IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children less than 8 years.
3. Regularly check the power plug and power cord
for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
4. The appliance is not intended to be operated by
means of an external timer or separate remote-
control system.
5. During cleaning or operation do not immerse the
electrical parts of the appliance in water or other
liquids. Never hold the appliance under running
water.
6. Before cleaning, disconnect the power plug (3)
from the wall outlet and let the appliance cool
completely. Remove food residues with a damp
cloth or paper towel from the grill plate (1), pan (9),
and wooden scrapers (10). Dry thoroughly before
reinserting them into the appliance.
7. The parts of the raclette grill are not suitable for
dishwasher and should only be cleaned by hand.
8. Observe all safety instructions to avoid damage through improper use! Follow all warnings on the appliance.
9. Keep this instruction manual for future use. Should this appliance be passed on to a third party, then this
instruction manual must be included.
10. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current
rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the appliance rating label.
