SHUT-DOWN
Standard Control Panel
For long periods of shutdown: Stop the circulation pump, disconnect the main
power (if there is no anti frost protection by control panel) be sure that the system
is frost protected for long term shut down in winter time.
If some other kind of control panel is installed consult to its manual.

Activate the burner main switch if it is off position.

Activate the boiler control panel switch.
x
Set the boiler thermostat (s) to desired level (if 2
nd
stage thermostat is
present set it 6 to 10 °C below the 1
st
stage thermostat).
x
Run the circulation pump.
x
Burner will fire after its standard cycle (once a month, after few hours of
operation you can check the flue gas tightness of the system).
x
If some other kind of control panel is installed consult to its manual.

If it is a two stage thermostat first set 2
nd
stage thermostat to minimum.
(theboiler will turn down to 1
st
stage mode immediately, if thermostat is
operating;useful way of controlling the 2
nd
stage thermostat).

Set the boiler thermostat to minimum (The system must stop immediately
if boiler thermostat is operating; useful way of controlling the boiler
thermostat).

Switch off the burner control main switch.
x
Turn off the main fuel valve.
