Checkup before operation
Warning!
Before start-up procedure, always conduct visual
inspection. If there are loose, damaged or worn-out
operational and/or fastening parts, the device must
not be used.
Check general condition:
Signs of damages
„
All bolts and nuts are tightened
„
All shieldings and shrouds are appropriate
„
Commissioning COMBI DEVICE
Warning!
Do not press down on the guide handle of the COMBI
DEVICE - Danger of breaking the Bowden cable!
The snow-clearing blade is arrested by the spring
cotter pin (Picture B).
Maintenance and care
Danger!
Before maintenance and repair work, always turn off
the motor and pull out the spark plug connector.
Clean the snow-clearing blade after each use with
„
brushes, cloth or the equivalent. For deep soiling,
remove with a commercially available water hose -
do not use high pressure cleansers!
While spraying down with water, make sure that not
„
water can penetrate into the ignition system or into
the motor's carburetor.

A/5) For sluggishness, lubricate with commercially
available grease .
Install cover plate 1. (Picture A/1) onto bearing bolt
(Picture A/2) of the snow-clearing blade and shove
forward.
Shove sleeve
2. (Picture A/3) and then
washer(Picture A/4) onto bearing bolt up to the
cover plate.
For assembly of the snow-clearing blade on the
COMBI DEVICE, tip the COMBI DEVICE forward
(to the motor)!
Press the black plastic lever on the underside
of the COMBI DEVICE completely forward (in
the direction of the motor)!
Lightly grease the take-up sleeve on the BM/ 3.
COMBI DEVICE.
Install bearing journal for the snow-clearing blade

in the take-up sleeve and shove up to the limit
stop - thereby pressing on the cover plate on the
housing of the BM/COMBI DEVICE.
Shove the washer onto the free end of the bearing
5.
bolt Ø 25 x Ø 35 x 1 and secure the snow-clearing
blade in the take-up sleeve with the spring cotter
pin (picture B).
Drop COMBI DEVICE to the floor again!
Workmanlike inspectionis required:
Upon running into an obstacle.
„
For snow-clearing blade damages.
„
For immediate standstill of the motor.
„
For gearbox damages.
„
For defective v-belts.
„
Waste disposal
Do not dispose worn-out
equipment with household
waste!
The packaging is manufactured of recyclable
materials and is disposed of accordingly.
Repair work
Repairs may only be carried out by
authorized workshops or by our customer service
department.
Only use original replacement parts!
