Connections

Before connecting the system:

• Connect everything securely. Loose connections can lead to

malfunction or damage caused by a short circuit.

• Connect the power cord after all connections have been made.

• Connection will depend on which system you have (some of the

components may be optional).

Removing the flat cable

To remove the flat cable, pull it straight out while
pressing the tabs on its sides.

Note: Connect the red wires to the¡°+¡±terminals.

Antenna placement

Do not place the AM loop antenna on top of the tuner or any other
metal encased object as this could result in noise interference. It should
also not be placed near a CD player, computer or TV set.
The FM antenna should be attached to a wall etc., after being unwound
and extended to its full length.

FM antennas

FM broadcasts provide excellent sound quality, but in order to
take advantage of this ,the radio waves must be received properly.
