Troubleshooting

Before calling for service make the following simple checks.
If problems still remain, please try to turn the TV set off for a few minutes so as to clean the unnecessary static accumulation, and
then turn it on again. If it is still useless, please contact with our dealer or our company’s Service Department.
Do not attempt to repair this appliance yourself as opening covers may let the warranty card to invalidation.

2. Disc is not placed properly.

2. Replace the disc with the label side upward.

3. Condensation on laser pickup.

3. Switch on and take out the disc, wait for about 1-2
