Click the ‘Set’ button to apply the changes.

IP Network Screen, ST 2022-7 Operation

Enabling 2022-7 makes it possible to configure redundant networking capabilities

using both SFP modules. In ST 2022-7 operation each SFP transmits and receives

the same information. This allows the use of two separate network paths, making

recovery possible if one path fails.

When ST 2022-7 is enabled, additional settings are available for configuring your

network settings.

• SFP 1 - Indicates the top physical SFP cage on the KONA IP board, farthest

from the copper contacts where the KONA IP connects to its PCIe slot.

• SFP 2 - Indicates the bottom physical SFP cage on the KONA IP board closest

to the copper contacts where the KONA IP connects to its PCIe slot.
