f. Analogue voltage test for AN4-AN6 and Logic level test for P11-P13
If the test Mode is initiated by using the special R/C settings, the real time status of the AN4-
AN6 and P11-P13 inputs are indicated by the corresponding LEDs shown below.

STBY LED
AN6 (RAT) <> 2.50V (25oc),
or
AN5 (ICT) <> 1.01V (60oc),
or
AN4 (OCT) <> 4.10V (-6oc)
OPER LED
AN6 (RAT) <> 4.10V (-6oc),

AN5 (ICT) <> 2.50V (25oc),
or
AN4 (OCT) <> 1.01V (60oc)
TIMER LED
AN6 (RAT) <> 1.01V (60oc),
or
AN5 (ICT) <> 4.10V (-6oc),
or
AN4 (OCT) <> 2.50V (25oc)
FILTER LED
P13 (Lev1/Clk) = logic 0
COOL LED
P12 (Lev23) = logic 0
HEAT LED
P11 (Lev4) = logic 0
If the test Mode is initiated by using the J1 jumper, the AN4-AN6 tests will be as below, so as
to be compatible with the previous 10V3 test procedures.

AN5 (ICT) <> 2.50V (25°C)

AN4 (OCT) <> 2.50V (25°C)
Note:
In the table above, “<> 2.50V” means beyond the range of 2.50+/-0.05V. And the
same tolerance for “<> 1.01V” and “<> 4.10V”.
Press MODE/TEMP[-] button to turn off all LEDs and proceed to next test, sect 16.4.8.
g. Watchdog Circuit Timing test
The CPU forces the watchdog control signal high to find out the time taken by the external
circuit to activate the H/W Reset signal. When the test begins, the STBY LED is turned on
immediately. Then the OPER LED, TIMER LED and FILTER LED are turned on one by one
at a 1 sec interval until the MCU is reset by external Watchdog Circuit, or until a internal 4 sec
timer is time out. Under normal conditions, the watchdog reset time should be between 1.0 to
3.0 sec.
Passed condition:
1 sec - STB and OPER are turned ON
2 sec - STB, OPER and TIMER are turned ON
