the control rule you are setting.

Choose the devices that the rule will apply to. You can select all the devices on
the network, or use set a rule for a specific device using the IP address or subnet.

Set
Guaranteed Bandwidth Limitation
if you want the device(s) in the rule to be
allotted a certain amount of bandwidth. This will prioritize the device(s) in the rule over
other clients on the network.
