Enter the password of the network you are trying to replicate.

and wait for 2-5 minutes to allow the AR686WV2 to pick up the signal
from the router whose network you are repeating.
C. AP+WDS
This function is very similar to Repeater mode in that the router will take its input
signal from a pre-existing network. The difference is that when using AP+WDS, the
AR686WV2 is able to broadcast its own unique SSID and network. Repeater mode
creates an extension of your base router, while AP+WDS creates a separate
network using the signal of your base router. Both achieve a similar function, but
AP+WDS allows you to distinguish between the base router and the “repeating”
router.
