TQ6+ Configuration on X-Plane
X-Plane
1. Open X-Plane and go to Configuration\Joystick tab.
2. Select TQ6+ and calibrate the axes if required.
3. Assign the according action to each axis:
Throttle 1 – Throttle 2 – Prop 1 – Prop 2 – Mixture 1 – Mixture 2.
THROTTLE levers configuration:
- Reverse axis
unchecked .
- On Edit response curve check “Has beta/reverse detents”.
- On Edit response curve, Interp Mode select “Linear”.
- On Edit response curve adjust “Beta” and “Reverse” zones.
PROP levers configuration:
- Reverse axis
checked .
- On Edit response curve check “Set feather point”.
- On Edit response curve, Interp Mode select “Linear”.
- On Edit response curve adjust “Feather point”.
MIXTURE levers configuration:
- Reverse axis
checked .
- On Edit response curve check “Set mixture cutoff point”.
- On Edit response curve, Interp Mode select “Linear”.
- On Edit response curve adjust “Cutoff point”.
Through X-Plane Configuration\Joystick tab:
Full functionality:
Throttle-Rev, Propeller-Fth, Mixture-CutOFF.
