Operation of AM Controller
Step 1: Connect the screwdriver to the AM controller with the 5P cable.
Step 2: Plug the power cord into the electric socket (110V / 220V).
Step 3: Press the On/Off key .
Step 4: Screen (1) will display after 3 seconds.
(Skip to Step.7 if
you don’t need to erase the memory or change the language.)
Screen 1: Number of OK / NG Tightenings
Screen 1 shows the numbers of OK or NG
screw tightening for each unit during the
operation.
Press to switch to screen (2)
Screen 2: Preset Fastening Time
Screen 2 shows the preset standard time of
each screw fastening task, the tolerance, and
the actual screw fastening time. “ITEM 1”
indicates the item you use during the
operation. Press to return to screen (1)
