Section 4 – Function Reference: Library Administration Functions

AiUInt32 ul_Privileges

Defines the access mode and access rights the client has to the selected resource.

PRIVILEGES_ADMIN Administrator

Privileges

other values for future

expansion

Output

AiUInt32 *pul_Handle

Unique handle to the resource which can be either a board for board level functions
or an Ethernet port for port functionality. This handle is necessary for all future calls
to this resource. If login to a resource fails, this handle will be NULL.

Return Value

Returns FDX_OK on success or a negative error code on error.

Error Codes: FDX_ERR
