This parameter defines the transmission skew between the redundant frames on the AFDX-
ports. The skew can be programmed with a resolution of 1µs. Range is 0...65535. This
parameter is only used if uc_NetSelect is FDX_TX_FRAME_DLY_A or
FDX_TX_FRAME_DLY_B.

Return Value
Returns FDX_OK on success or a negative error code on error.
