A: Since PVR P8131 is utilizing FAT32 file system, it is not possible to transffer a file larger then 4GB.

A: PVR P8131 uses a large-capacity hard drive, read and write operations release energy and therefore a
slight warming of the surface is considered normal.

A: Please use built-in formatting feature, open the "Settings" menu in "System" folder, select "Format the
hard drive," press confirm button and the recorder will be formatted. It is not ecommended to use Wndows or
any other third-party software to format the buil-in hard drive.

A: When using different video formats, video playback may appear shaky, use the Remote Control to

A: In order to achieve the best playback, the recorder is designed in the beginning of the video playback to
automatically detect video format in which the file is played back in better qualityr, it is the switch between
PAL / NTSC standards which is causing the instant flash.
